1) Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using our website, courses, digital resources, community spaces, or support channels (collectively, the ), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2) Accounts, security, and eligibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
You may not share, sell, or transfer account access. If we detect suspicious login patterns, we may apply (e.g., verification prompts, temporary holds).

3) Payments, subscriptions, and taxes
Some Services require payment (including subscriptions, course bundles, or one-time purchases). Prices are displayed at checkout and may change in the future. If you are on a subscription, changes apply at your next renewal unless the law requires otherwise.
You authorize us (and our payment partners) to charge the payment method you provide. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or foreign transaction costs.

4) Cancellations and refunds
Refund window: Where a refund is offered, it must be requested within the stated timeframe on the checkout page or product description. If no timeframe is stated, refunds are generally not available for immediate-access digital content after access is granted, unless required by law.
Cancellations: You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund prior charges, except where legally required.
Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in an account review and temporary restriction while we investigate.

5) License and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services and course materials for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works, scrape, or resell our content, except where expressly permitted in writing.

6) Your submissions and community content
If you submit content (e.g., comments, assignments, portfolio images, or messages), you confirm you have rights to do so and that it does not infringe others’ rights or violate the law.
You grant us a limited license to host and display your submissions for operating the Services (e.g., showing your work in your course dashboard or within a classroom group). We do not claim ownership of your original work.

7) Acceptable use rules
You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes: attempting to bypass security, probing the platform, automating access in a way that harms performance, harassment, sharing malware, or attempting to obtain other users’ data.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or for behavior that poses risk to the platform, other users, or our team.

8) Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, improve, or discontinue parts of the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data arising from your use of the Services.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if your use presents risk to the platform.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability).
